Gyeongbuk Sangju City Supports Newlywed Couples with Rental Deposit Interest up to 2.5%
Differentiated Support for Jeonse Deposit Loan Interest up to 200 Million KRW
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Sangju City, Gyeongbuk Province, announced on the 8th that it will implement an interest support project for newlywed couples' rental deposit loans.
The applicants must be couples who have registered their marriage in Gyeongbuk Province within the last 7 years, have a combined annual income of 80 million KRW or less, and be without a home. Newlywed couples who plan to move into the province within one month after loan execution are also eligible to apply.
The support applies to housing with a rental deposit of 500 million KRW or less, and the support amount covers up to 200 million KRW with a differential interest support of up to 2.5% on the jeonse deposit loan interest.
Applications can be submitted online by accessing the Gyeongbuk Province Housing Welfare System, completing the application form, checking the loan limit, and then receiving loan support through the contracted banks.
