Gyeongsangnam-do Unveils Blueprint for Multi-family Housing Support
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gyeongsangnam-do announced the ‘2022 Gyeongsangnam-do Apartment Support Plan’ on the 8th, which contains comprehensive support measures for apartment complexes.
The apartment support plan is established and implemented annually to promote comprehensive and systematic policies necessary for the management, safety, and community revitalization of apartment complexes, in accordance with the ‘Gyeongsangnam-do Apartment Management and Support Ordinance’ enacted last year.
This year, eight projects will be promoted to achieve four policy goals: strengthening transparency in apartment management, enhancing autonomous management capabilities of apartment complexes, establishing a digital apartment infrastructure, and resolving residential inconveniences in apartments for low-income residents.
Cooperation with private experts and private organizations will be further strengthened to secure expertise for each project and continuously discover support policies that can gain the sympathy of residents.
The apartment support plan is available for anyone to view on the Gyeongnam Province website’s Architecture Policy Plaza.
