KCC to Hold Briefing Session on 16th for Designation Review of Identity Verification Agencies
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] The Korea Communications Commission announced on the 8th that it will hold an explanatory session for the designation review of identity verification agencies starting at 2 p.m. on the 16th. The session will be conducted online.
During this session, the Commission plans to explain to businesses the key contents of the revised "Standards for Designation of Identity Verification Agencies" (notice) amended in January this year, as well as the upcoming review schedule and other major matters related to the designation review of identity verification agencies.

Meanwhile, the Commission has revised the "Standards for Designation of Identity Verification Agencies" (notice), reducing the number of review items from 92 to 87 and introducing a partial scoring evaluation system.
