Hyundai Engineering Integrates 'Hyundai Terra Tower' Brand into Non-Residential Products
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Hyundai Engineering is expanding its knowledge industry center brand, ‘Hyundai Terra Tower,’ into an integrated brand for non-residential products.
According to the company on the 3rd, the brand expansion will be applied starting with the Eunpyeong New Town complex facility scheduled for sale in the first half of this year. Through ‘Hyundai Terra Tower Eunpyeong,’ which combines a hotel with office and commercial facilities, the company plans to take the lead in the market as an integrated brand for non-residential products.
Hyundai Engineering first introduced the ‘Hyundai Terra Tower’ brand in 2014 at the knowledge industry center built near Munjeong Station in Seoul. Since then, it has expanded to a total of 14 projects including Terra Tower 2 in Songpa-gu, Seoul, Gasan Terra Tower in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and Terra Tower in Giheung-gu, Yongin. The total gross floor area of these projects reaches 620,000 pyeong.
The company’s strategy is to supply non-residential products that combine accumulated construction know-how and technology to differentiate in architecture, product, and sales management.
