He criticized the Democratic Party and candidate Lee Jae-myung, saying, "North Korea has already carried out its seventh missile provocation this year alone, but despite the security crisis, the regime is obsessed with a declaration to end the war, and the ruling party candidate compares the North Korean issue to noise complaints between floors, even telling people 'not to provoke the North.'" He also said, "The ruling party candidate, who claimed to be the mastermind behind the Daejang-dong development project, the largest real estate corruption scandal since the founding of Korea, is ignoring the call for truth investigation, deceiving the people with insults, abusive language, constant flip-flopping, and lies."
