Incheon City Activates 24-Hour Medical Service System During Lunar New Year Holiday
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon City will operate an emergency medical treatment situation room and activate a 24-hour medical treatment system during the Lunar New Year holiday period.
Sixteen emergency medical institutions, including Gachon University Gil Hospital and Inha University Hospital, which are regional emergency medical centers, will operate 24 hours a day, and 1,118 hospitals and clinics and 760 holiday duty pharmacies will be open.
In addition, to prepare for severe emergency patients in vulnerable island and mountainous areas, Doctor Helicopter and Doctor Car services will continue to operate during the Lunar New Year holiday period.
Emergency medical institutions and holiday duty pharmacies can be confirmed through telephone numbers 119 (Comprehensive Situation Room), 129 (Health and Welfare Call Center), 120 (City/Province Call Center), and the websites of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Incheon City.
