Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance is providing a service that allows all customers with automobile insurance to receive free inspections at over 500 Anycar Land locations nationwide.
At Anycar Land, inspection services cover 20 items including tire air pressure measurement and various oil checks. Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance also offers 24-hour emergency dispatch services during the Lunar New Year holiday.
KB Insurance’s online channel, KB Insurance Direct, is running the "2022 Safe Harang!" safe driving campaign until February 2nd in celebration of the Lunar New Year.
The campaign was prepared to reduce the risk of traffic accidents by providing long-distance driving safety inspection checkpoints in anticipation of increased traffic volume during the holiday period.
If participants check at least one of the four essential long-distance driving checkpoints (▲tire inspection ▲oil and coolant inspection ▲battery inspection ▲inspection of lighting devices such as headlights, reverse lights, and turn signals) and leave a certification photo in the comments, 2,022 people will be selected by lottery to receive convenience store gift certificates worth approximately 2,000 KRW. Participation is available through the KB Insurance Direct blog.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance has not provided vehicle inspection services during holidays since the spread of COVID-19, but it operates dedicated emergency dispatch teams at 36 locations near major highways and 28 locations in ancestral grave visiting areas to support safe vehicle operation during the Lunar New Year holiday.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance stated, "We have deployed dedicated emergency dispatch teams at key points to prevent accidents in preparation for accidents or emergencies during the Lunar New Year holiday."
