Pulmuone 'Yalpi Mandu' Enters US 'H-mart'... Two Varieties Produced Locally

Pulmuone USA decided to produce two types of Yalpi Mandu (meat dumplings and kimchi meat dumplings) locally, filled with plant-based ingredients such as tofu and kimchi, to quickly respond to local dumpling demand and cater to American consumers' tastes. Pulmuone USA has been selling Yalpi Mandu at large U.S. supermarkets and Asian markets.
Pulmuone USA plans to complete a lineup of three types of frozen Yalpi Mandu in the U.S. frozen dumpling market and actively promote the Korean thin-skinned dumpling trend to American consumers. Pulmuone USA's frozen dumpling sales have steadily increased, growing at an average annual rate of 9.4% over the past three years (2018?2021).
The newly launched two types of Yalpi Mandu began shipping in mid-month and are available at local Asian supermarket stores. In particular, they will be introduced at H-mart, an Asian supermarket distributor with stores nationwide in the U.S., marking a full-scale entry into the American market.
