KPC actively supports the digital transformation of small business owners through collaboration with Coupang, which has global competitiveness, and regional innovation institutions. In particular, starting this year, KPC has newly established organizations such as the Employment Growth Headquarters and the Small Business Growth Center to expand support in these areas to help the growth of small business owners.
According to this agreement, the two parties will share infrastructure to provide comprehensive customized support, including various assistance for small and medium-sized merchants to overcome COVID-19, product development for their transition to online, tailored consulting and education, as well as promotion and sales channels.
