Former President Park Geun-hye's prison letter, "Longing Does Not Arise for Just Anyone," has held the number one spot on the Yes24 comprehensive bestseller list for the third consecutive week in the third week of January. The script books for the popular SBS Monday-Tuesday drama "That Year, We"?"That Year, We 2" and "That Year, We 1"?maintained their second and third places respectively, same as the previous week. "Uncomfortable Convenience Store," a comforting story of a convenience store at night for weary days, remained in fourth place, and "Detective Conan 100," which includes a limited first edition supplement commemorating the 100th volume, ranked fifth.
This week, two new humanities releases attracted attention by entering the rankings. "We Need Literature Now," which placed 11th, explains the hidden neuroscience within literary works that help us grow and recover, showing how literature can enrich and improve various moments in life. The strong performance of Korean history and TOEIC exam preparation books continued steadily this week.
