Heo Tae-wan, Former Consul General of Barcelona, Appointed as Ulsan City's New International Relations Ambassador

Heo Taewan, the newly appointed International Relations Ambassador, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration and passed the 35th Administrative Examination, entering public service in April 1992 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs General Affairs Office.
He served as First Secretary at the Embassy in Russia, Consul in Los Angeles, Minister-Counselor at the Embassy in Mexico, Director of the Latin America and Caribbean Division, and Consul General in Barcelona.
The city evaluated Ambassador Heo as a diplomatic expert in trade and economic fields with diverse diplomatic experience at overseas missions.
