[Tomorrow's Weather] Snow at Times Tomorrow Afternoon... Seoul Morning Low Around -9°C Cold
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] On Monday the 17th, the whole country will be mostly clear, becoming gradually cloudy from the afternoon.
In the metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong region, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, snow will fall briefly in the afternoon. The expected snowfall amount is around 1 cm. With cold wave warnings issued in some areas, morning temperatures in most regions will hover below freezing, making it very cold. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -15 and -1 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between -3 and 7 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
Strong winds will blow in the Gangwon mountain areas, the west coast, and some inland regions, so attention should be paid to facility management and safety accidents. Additionally, very strong winds and high waves are expected in the central West Sea offshore and southern East Sea offshore areas, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.
