Following the installation of video booths at the Gangnam and Daejeon Customer Plazas in December last year, Mirae Asset Life Insurance will also introduce a mobile video window.
By using the video booths, any customer can handle all tasks such as contract management, insurance payment, and electronic signatures in a one-stop manner at the video window. Without operating devices like ATMs or kiosks, customers can connect to a staff member simply by pressing the consultation connection button.
Additionally, customers can access the mobile video window via their mobile phones for consultations. Essential documents such as certificates or proofs can also be easily exchanged through mobile. Elderly customers or overseas residents who find mobile phone authentication inconvenient can conduct their business as if they visited the Customer Plaza in person.
With the introduction of the video consultation service, it is expected to eliminate the inconvenience of customers visiting branches and enhance the security of financial transactions.
