Im Seo-jung, Senior Secretary for Jobs at the Blue House, appeared on TBS Radio's 'Kim Eo-jun's News Factory' on the morning of the 14th and said, "In December, 100% of the employment came from the private sector."
Senior Secretary Im explained, "In March 2021, about 62% of the jobs were from the public sector, but from April onwards, the proportion coming from the public sector significantly decreased to below 30%, staying around 30%. This trend continued, and in December last year, the number of jobs provided by the public sector decreased compared to the previous year."
This means that the private sector filled more jobs that were reduced in the public sector compared to the previous year. Senior Secretary Im said, "You can see that 770,000 jobs in the private sector were 100% created."
