Until now, the Gyeongnam Provincial Council formed and operated a Local Council Preparation TF to prepare for the independence of personnel authority following the revision of the Local Autonomy Act, which will take effect on the 13th.
The TF reorganized the organizational structure by establishing new positions such as Communication and Public Relations Officer, Communication Officer, Personnel and Education Officer, and Building Management Officer, increasing staff by 17. Additionally, it meticulously promoted the enactment and revision of local regulations related to personnel, the expansion of the building to secure working and citizen communication spaces, and the selection of administrative staff to secure excellent personnel.
Thus, the Gyeongnam Provincial Council has laid the foundation for the organization, personnel, system, and working environment tailored to the independence of personnel authority.
