Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 9th that it will begin accepting applications from the 10th for 193 public sale housing units in the Bucheon Goean District B-1 Block Newlywed Hope Town.
The application target units will be constructed as a single exclusive area of 55㎡, divided by housing type into △55A with 124 units, △55B with 54 units, and △55C with 15 units.
The supply price averages 430 million KRW per unit, approximately 18 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
Applicants must be newlyweds (married within 7 years or with children aged 6 or younger), prospective newlyweds, or single-parent families residing in the metropolitan area as of the announcement date, with priority given to residents of Bucheon City, Gyeonggi Province.
Additionally, applicants must be members of a household without home ownership, have been subscribed to a housing subscription savings account (comprehensive housing subscription savings or subscription savings) for at least 6 months, have paid monthly installments at least 6 times, and meet income and asset criteria.
Priority supply of 30% of the total units is allocated to prospective newlyweds, newlyweds married within 2 years or with children aged 2 or younger, and single-parent families with children aged 2 or younger.
Priority is given to Bucheon City residents, and in case of competition, residents are selected based on a point system considering household income, continuous residence period in Gyeonggi Province, and the number of recognized housing subscription savings payments.
Restrictions include a 10-year re-winning restriction, an 8-year resale restriction period, and a 5-year residence obligation period.
The supply schedule is △application period (January 10?11) △announcement of winners (January 19) △contract signing (April 25?29). Move-in is scheduled for November 2024.
The Bucheon Goean District is a public housing development area covering 138,000㎡. Within this, Bucheon Goean B-1 Block Newlywed Hope Town consists of △193 public sale units and △96 Happy Housing units, totaling 289 units.
This area is adjacent to Guro-gu, Seoul, providing excellent access to southwestern Seoul, and convenient public transportation with nearby stations including Yeokgok Station (Line 1), Cheonwang Station, and Onsu Station (Line 7).
