Gwangju City announced on the 7th that the newly confirmed cases from the previous day were classified as numbers 8514 to 8600.
By infection route, 6 cases are related to an elementary school located in Nam-gu (3), and 3 cases are related to B Elementary School in Nam-gu.
Next, 5 cases are related to a daycare center in Nam-gu (4), and 1 case each is related to kindergartens located in Gwangsan-gu and Buk-gu.
Infections also continued in hospitals. Two cases each were reported related to nursing hospitals located in Dong-gu and Nam-gu.
There are 15 cases related to other cities and provinces such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Jeonnam.
