The business management app is a program that inputs the 'QR check-in' information presented by customers at facilities where the quarantine pass is applied.
The Disease Control Agency stated, "After 2 PM today, following cloud server work by the Social Security Information Service, the information management institution, we confirmed the problem through monitoring reports of speed delays and connection failures in the business management app," and explained, "We are promptly proceeding with normalization by replacing the backup database (DB)."
