Kookmin Bank Announces Recruitment for 3rd KB Kookmin Fansumer Customer Panel
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 6th that it is recruiting the 3rd term of the ‘KB Kookmin Fansumer’ customer panel for customer-centered communication.
Launched in 2020, KB Kookmin Fansumer consists of KB Kookmin Fansumers who only participate in online surveys and KB Kookmin Fansumer Leaders who participate in activities such as providing feedback on improvements after experiencing services and proposing new ideas.
This year, the 3rd term KB Kookmin Fansumer will select about 3,000 members, significantly expanded from 2,000 in the 2nd term, by the 16th. KB Kookmin Fansumer Leaders will be selected later from customers chosen as KB Kookmin Fansumers by submitting applications. The activity period is about 9 months from March to November this year, and applications can be made on the KB Kookmin Bank website or the KB Star Banking event page.
KB Kookmin Fansumers will be rewarded with Pointree when participating in online surveys. KB Kookmin Fansumer Leaders will receive additional Pointree for extra activities and customer interview participation.
