Shinhan Card, 'Most Recommended Company by Customers' Ranked No.1 in Credit Card Sector for 12 Consecutive Years
High Ratings for Various Customer-Customized Services Including Shinhan Play and Shinhan Day
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 6th that it was selected as the No. 1 company in the credit card sector for 12 consecutive years in the '2021 Most Recommended Companies by Customers (KNPS)' organized by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
The Most Recommended Companies by Customers is the only evaluation system in Korea that models and measures customers' willingness to recommend a company's products and services to others after experiencing them. Korea Management Association Consulting conducts a survey every year targeting about 10,000 consumers living in the metropolitan area and six major metropolitan cities.
Shinhan Card received high evaluations for various customer-tailored services such as ▲development of a credit evaluation model specialized for elderly customers ▲launch of an eco-friendly ESG (environment, social, governance) exclusive shopping mall ▲providing differentiated customer experiences through the digital platform Shinhan Play ▲introduction of a voice phishing prevention service incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) technology ▲implementation of Shinhan Day and My Shop services.
