Women Account for 70% and Nearly 50% Are Customers Aged 20-30
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Saenghwal Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyun-joo) announced on the 5th that since the launch of its home cleaning service 'Cheongso Yeonguso' in January 2017, a total of 1,001,863 households have cumulatively booked 3.43 million home cleaning services over the past five years.
Among all customers, the proportion of women was 68.6%, and the customer age groups were 30s, 20s, and 40s in order, accounting for 28%, 25%, and 23% respectively. The annual reuse rate is 83%, the customer who used the service the most accumulated 626 times, and regular subscription customers use an average of 22.3 hours of cleaning services per month.
The number of registered cleaning managers to date is 54,000, and the manager who worked the most hours has been active for a total of 9,105 hours. In particular, Cheongso Yeonguso has conducted a total of 6,125 cleaning manager training sessions so far, focusing on improving service satisfaction.
The average gift amount from customers using the Cheongso Yeonguso gifting feature reached 65,600 won. The most common reasons for gifting were moving, birthdays, and childbirth celebrations. Additionally, Cheongso Yeonguso newly introduced 'Cheongyeon Store,' which sells cleaning products developed in-house, within the app. So far, Cheongso Yeonguso has received positive reviews from customers by offering multi-purpose cleaners, safe disinfectants, and all-purpose cloth tissues through home shopping and open markets.
