70-Year History of Kosin University Gospel Hospital, Declares Leap and Soaring at New Year's Ceremony ... Aiming for Reentry as a Tertiary General Hospital
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Trainee Reporter Lee Seryeong] Kosin University Gospel Hospital held a kickoff ceremony on the morning of the 3rd and declared its goal to re-enter the status of a tertiary general hospital.
At the kickoff event, which began with a prayer by Chaplain Kim Young-dae and a New Year's address by Hospital Director Oh Kyung-seung, faculty and staff started the first schedule of the new year by exchanging New Year's greetings and reaffirming their determination for a new leap forward.
Kosin University Gospel Hospital, celebrating its 70th anniversary last year, achieved high results including an A grade in the Emergency Medical Institution Evaluation, an S grade in the Special Health Examination Evaluation, and being selected as an excellent endoscopy room for the fourth consecutive cycle.
For the new year, the hospital set goals to innovate the medical treatment process, expand the proportion of intensive care units, and activate the network through sharing medical treatment processes with partner hospitals.
The hospital plans to re-enter the tertiary general hospital status by advancing into Eco Delta City through the Smart Health Cluster public project and strengthening convergence and fusion research in key areas such as precision medicine, regenerative medicine, artificial intelligence, and big data.
