Korea Energy University Regular Admission Deadline... Competition Rate 95.3 to 1
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Korea Energy Technology University (KENTECH, President Yoon Eui-jun) announced on the 4th that the regular admission for new university students for the 2022 academic year closed with an application rate of 95.3:1.
KENTECH, which recorded an application rate exceeding 24:1 in the earlier early admission and also achieved a 100% enrollment rate, continued its "university entrance exam sensation" by recording an application rate of 95.3:1 in the regular admission.
In particular, the regular admission application rate of 95.3:1 is even more noteworthy because KENTECH unusually set a minimum CSAT (College Scholastic Ability Test) score requirement for the regular admission.
KENTECH's minimum CSAT score requirement for the 2022 regular admission is "a combined grade of 3 or better in two areas: Mathematics and Science Inquiry (one subject), and English grade 2 or better," which is the highest level nationwide.
The first successful candidates of the regular admission will be announced on Tuesday, February 8, and registration will take place from Wednesday, February 9 to Friday, February 11.
