The 'Fresh String Cheese Experience' is a program differentiated from other cheese experiences, allowing participants to directly observe the process of making cheese from milk. Participants stretch the curd themselves to shape string cheese and then use the cheese they made to create the Italian dish 'Calzone' in this hands-on program.
