TallENT Merger Finalized... Accelerating Web Drama and Film Business
Kidari Studio announced on the 4th that it has finalized the merger process with Kidari ENT and plans to expand its One Source Multi-Use (OSMU) and transmedia business. The company stated that it will maximize effectiveness and enhance competitiveness by combining existing webtoons, web novels, and videos. Last February, the company acquired Lezhin Entertainment, securing various intellectual properties (IPs).
