He stated, "Risk management, digital innovation, and transparency in decision-making processes are the foundation of sustainable growth and tasks that must continue to be prioritized," adding, "The 'best performance' at Korea Investment & Securities means outperforming competitors with differentiated results regardless of market conditions, and the key is to secure overwhelming superiority by demonstrating greater courage and passion without complacency."
He also requested, "I ask all executives and employees to have the 'courage' to break free from the constraints we have taken for granted so far, think anew, and boldly put ideas into practice," and said, "Please actively reorganize related systems across all divisions including retail, wholesale, IB/PF, and headquarters management, and prepare roadmaps and solutions to respond to future changes."
Furthermore, CEO Jeong said, "The world is changing faster and differently than we think," and added, "Creativity, which is the basis of change, requires passion, and when the passion of all employees, regardless of age, unites and manifests as creativity, organizational change becomes possible."

Finally, to create a competitive organizational culture, he said, "People should be respected, but treatment should be differentiated according to ability and performance, which is a fair organizational culture," and emphasized, "The first step for this is the attitude of 'listening (傾聽)' by leaning in and hearing attentively." He continued, "I hope this year will be one where we all practice 'listening' so that we can demonstrate 'courage' and 'passion'."
