"Payment by Vehicle Entry Only"… Shinhan Card Introduces 'Vehicle License Plate Recognition Payment'
Twosome Place Launches License Plate Recognition Payment Service for the First Time
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 3rd that it has launched the 'Vehicle License Plate Recognition Payment Service,' which allows payment simply by vehicle entry at drive-thru (DT) stores, at Twosome Place.
The service was first applied at the Twosome Place Bundang Gungnae DT branch and will be gradually expanded to all Twosome Place DT stores nationwide.
Customers who wish to use the service can pre-register their vehicle number and card on Twosome Place's mobile application 'Twosome Heart,' enabling automatic payment without selecting a separate payment method when using Twosome Place DT stores.
Starting with Twosome Place, Shinhan Card plans to continuously expand the service to affiliated stores such as convenience stores and fast food outlets.
