Gwangju University Holds Online Workshop on 'Teaching and Learning Methods Among Regional Universities'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Gwangju University (President Kim Hyuk-jong) recently held a 'Performance Sharing Workshop on Teaching and Learning Methods among Regional Universities' with professors from universities in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas, including Honam University and Dongshin University, via a non-face-to-face real-time video class (Zoom) on the 30th.
At this workshop, Park Jin-young, Director of the Gwangju University Institute for Educational Innovation, gave a special lecture introducing ▲ the core competencies of the 4th Industrial Revolution era and their connection to cultural arts education ▲ understanding and current operation status of Gwangju University's liberal arts specialization courses ▲ expansion to non-curricular courses ▲ activation of regional cultural arts education and cases of regional dissemination.
The 'Performance Sharing Workshop on Teaching and Learning Methods among Regional Universities' was conducted as a follow-up project following the 2020 agreement for educational innovation between Gwangju University, Honam University, and Dongshin University.
Following the special lecture by Gwangju University, Honam University presented on 'Metaverse Utilization Strategies,' and Dongshin University shared on 'Designing Online Classes Communicating with the MZ Generation,' sharing various contents.
