View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Woongjin ThinkBig announced on the 28th that it will participate in the world's largest electronics exhibition, 'CES 2022,' held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 5 to 8 next year.
At CES 2022, Woongjin ThinkBig will showcase the global version of its augmented reality-based reading service 'Interactive Book,' called 'ARpedia.' Woongjin ThinkBig received the CES Innovation Award as the first domestic education company with ARpedia. Through this participation, the company plans to promote the excellence of its edutech achievements to the global market.
ARpedia features an immersive reading experience by implementing characters and illustrations from books using augmented reality (AR) technology. It applies nine AR patent technologies acquired in the US and domestically. Visitors can experience ARpedia at the exhibition hall, vividly enjoying transforming into a firefighter in the story to extinguish fires or exploring planets in the vast universe.
