Kyochon Chicken "Order App Monthly Active Users (MAU) Surpass 500,000"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] On the 23rd, Kyochon Chicken announced that its proprietary ordering app surpassed 500,000 monthly active users (MAU), receiving strong responses from customers in their 20s and 30s.
As of last month, the Kyochon ordering app exceeded 500,000 MAU just nine months after its renewal. Additionally, the app's membership, which previously stood at 350,000, has now reached 2.5 million. Notably, the 20s and 30s age group, recognized as the main consumer base, accounts for more than 60% of the total customers.
According to Kyochon Chicken, this achievement was positively influenced by a major improvement in the user interface (UI) in February, reflecting the characteristics of the MZ generation who value convenience and individuality. The app enhanced convenience through an intuitive interface and screen layout, and made ordering and membership use easier with features such as image loading and barcode recognition.
