Com2uS Acquires Agency Representing Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung

[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Com2uS is acquiring Artist Studio and Artist Company, established by actors Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung.
On the 22nd, Com2uS announced that it will invest a total of 105 billion KRW, including 25 billion KRW and 80 billion KRW respectively, in Artist Holdings, a newly established corporation that has Artist Studio and Artist Company as subsidiaries, together with its subsidiary Wysiwyg Studios.
Artist Company is a management company representing top domestic actors. Actors such as Lee Jung-jae, Jung Woo-sung, and Park So-dam are affiliated.
Com2uS, along with Wysiwyg Studios, plans to promote video content production and in-house game development utilizing actors from Artist Studio and Artist Company. The plan is to enhance strategic synergy for the metaverse platform "Com2verse" ecosystem.
They will also actively build partnerships for various new businesses, including e-commerce and blockchain fields such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
