Wemade Acquires SundayToz, Developer of Anipang
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Wemade announced on the 20th that it will acquire SundayToz, famous for 'Anipang.'
Through this acquisition, Wemade plans to strengthen casual games on its blockchain platform WEMIX and expand into the social casino genre.
SundayToz offers social casino games such as Slot Mate and Electric Slot through its subsidiaries, including the Anipang series.
SundayToz's subsidiary Playings declared its global market entry next year with an NFT-based social casino game, challenging the blockchain game market.
Wemade introduced a new paradigm this year called 'P&E (Play and Earn),' where players earn assets while enjoying games. It is servicing blockchain games globally, including 'Mir4,' which set a record of 1.3 million concurrent users.
