According to the prosecution's charges, Mr. A is accused of stabbing his wife, Ms. B (37), with a weapon at a villa in Jeju city around 5 p.m. last month on the 4th, resulting in her death.
In court that day, when the judge asked if he admitted to the charges, Mr. A briefly replied, "I admit." Then, after reviewing a statement submitted in advance by Mr. A's defense attorney, the judge asked Mr. A, "Do you still have trouble sleeping these days?" and "Do you see the victim in your dreams every night?" to which Mr. A answered, "Yes."

Feeling threatened, Ms. B tried to escape while begging for her life, but Mr. A chased her and committed the crime. It was confirmed that Ms. B died on the spot after being stabbed in a vital area.
