Professor Lee Sung-min of the Department of Sports for All at Suwon Science College has published "Golf and Pilates: Core Muscle Exercises for Golfers."
This is a follow-up to the book "Golf Meets Pilates! Golf Pilates," published two years ago. As a solution to the biggest concern of amateur golfers?distance?the author recommends Pilates and stretching. With 27 years of experience, the author states, "Improving golf skills is all about strength, balance, and flexibility," and cites golf Pilates as the ideal training method. He explains that it is "necessary for weekend golfers who want to play with a healthy body for a long time."

The book introduces 24 golf stretches and 57 golf Pilates exercises using foam rollers, gym balls, TheraBands, and dom balls, detailed with photos. It transforms the body to enable an ideal swing, naturally increasing driving distance. The author is a sports for all expert holding Level 1 certifications in golf instruction, Pilates instruction, and aerobics instruction. The book was supervised by Seo Yo-seop (25), a three-time champion on the Korean Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) Korean Tour.
