Gyeonggi Economic Science Institute Holds Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence Achievement Sharing Conference
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province will hold an event to share achievements in virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
The Gyeonggi Center for Economic Science and Technology Promotion announced on the 15th that it will hold the "2021 Achievement Sharing Meeting: The Meeting of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence" event for two days from the 16th to 17th at the International Conference Hall of the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center in Sampyeong-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam City.
This event was planned to promote the spread of virtual reality and artificial intelligence technologies in line with the rapidly expanding metaverse (virtual reality) era since the end of last year.
Through this event, the Gyeonggi Center for Economic Science and Technology Promotion will share support achievements for Gyeonggi Province's VR (virtual reality), AR (augmented reality), and AI (artificial intelligence) demonstration projects and review opportunities to create collaborative business models through technology exchange.
Yoo Seung-kyung, president of the Gyeonggi Center for Economic Science and Technology Promotion, said, "Through this achievement sharing meeting, we expect it to be an opportunity to directly experience the technological achievements of VR, AR, and artificial intelligence in Gyeonggi Province and to enhance understanding of related industries." He emphasized, "Going forward, the Center will do its best for the development of artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies in Gyeonggi Province."
