Ulsan Office of Education Publishes 'Staff Meeting' Materials with Agenda and Discussions
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education has distributed a democratic resource book titled ‘Staff Meetings with Agendas and Discussions.’
The resource book was distributed to promote a democratic and cooperative school culture where everyone participates together.
The resource book was created by reflecting the demands from the field through school site monitoring and operational status surveys since the publication of ‘Democratic Staff Meetings with Communication and Empathy’ in December 2019.
The resource book was designed in the form of procedures, methods, and case-centered examples to activate discussion-centered staff meetings by discovering and disseminating school operation cases, and to be utilized according to each school's conditions and circumstances.
The main contents include the necessity and operational direction of staff meetings with agendas and discussions, procedures and methods for operating staff meetings, various meeting agendas, and school-specific operational cases.
The booklet will be mailed to all kindergartens and schools of all levels, and a PDF file will be uploaded on the website to increase practical use in the field.
