Kyobo Life Insurance Implements Permanent Special Retirement Program... Up to 40 Million KRW Additional Support
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 13th that it will implement a continuous special retirement program for employees with more than 15 years of service.
Retirees will receive a special retirement payment equivalent to 48 months of their base salary, and up to 40 million KRW will be additionally provided depending on their rank, including scholarships for children and job transition support funds.
The company explained that this continuous special retirement program aims to resolve personnel stagnation and enhance work productivity to accelerate digital transformation.
