The company stated, "This patent is for a high-resolution lens designed for front cameras used in autonomous driving vehicles (ADAS), enabling functions such as pedestrian detection, vehicle detection, obstacle detection, and lane detection," adding, "Currently, the pixel count of camera lenses for commercial autonomous vehicles is 2 megapixels, and this patent specializes in higher pixel counts with a focus on stability, aiming to utilize the technology to pioneer new markets."
