[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The National Police Agency Public Officials Labor Union held an introductory meeting for collective bargaining with Kim Chang-ryong, Commissioner of the National Police Agency, on the 2nd.
This collective bargaining is a negotiation discussing overall working conditions of general public officials under the National Police Agency, marking the first collective bargaining in 13 years since the collective agreement was signed in 2008.
Commissioner Kim Chang-ryong, who attended the introductory meeting, said, "I hope this collective bargaining at the National Police Agency will serve as an opportunity to ultimately resolve the difficulties faced by general public officials."
