AmorePacific Sample Experience Kit 'Sswobayan-da', Surpasses 600,000 Cumulative Orders
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Amorepacific announced on the 2nd that the number of applications for the 'Sseobwayaanda' kit, a service that allows customers to try various cosmetic brand samples at home, has exceeded 600,000 units since its launch in April last year.
'Sseobwayaanda' is a service where customers can select 12 samples they want to try from about 180 products across 20 representative Amorepacific brands and have them delivered to their home by paying only the shipping fee. Anyone can apply once a month through Amorepacific’s integrated membership application, 'Beauty Point.'
The shipping fee can also be paid with Beauty Points, and if customers purchase the full-size product within a month after trying the samples through official Amorepacific channels such as Amore Mall, direct sales, department stores, Aritaum, Innisfree, Etude stores, or the official online mall, the shipping fee paid will be refunded as Beauty Points.
'Sseobwayaanda' has received great response from customers because it allows them to try various product samples in advance and choose the products that suit them. The conversion rate from service experience to product purchase is also very high.
In addition to beauty products, 'Sseobwayaanda' also offers opportunities to try products from various categories. Since last September, products from Lotte Chilsung Beverage and Ring Tea have also been sampled through 'Sseobwayaanda.' Going forward, Amorepacific plans to discover more products and provide trial opportunities together with its brands.
