Shinhan Card Launches MyData Service... "AI Asset Management on 'Shinhan Play'"
Providing Total Asset Management Service on Shinhan Play App
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 1st that it will launch an artificial intelligence (AI) asset management butler 'MyData Service'.
Through the new mobile application 'Shinhan Play' launched last October, Shinhan Card provides AI-based asset management services such as daily consumption management, integrated asset inquiry, customized financial product recommendations, credit management services, and useful investment information. Through this, the company plans to expand the personal asset management experience to the entire nation based on mobile. This is part of Shinhan Card's future vision to become a 'Life and Finance' platform company.
To commemorate the launch of the MyData service, a launch event will be held from the 3rd to the 31st. During December, 200,000 customers who subscribe to MyData and connect financial institutions will receive My Shinhan Points and department store gift certificates on a first-come, first-served basis. In particular, the more financial institutions connected, the greater the prizes customers can receive.
In addition, Shinhan Card plans to produce and distribute related content such as MyData introduction and usage guides to help the somewhat unfamiliar MyData service quickly establish itself in the market and foster a sound financial and data ecosystem. Furthermore, in connection with its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, it plans to operate the industry's first MyData financial education program for youth.
