LG Art Center, Lee Hyun-jung Appointed as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] LG Arts Center announced on the 1st that Lee Hyunjung (50), Executive Director, has been appointed as the new CEO.
Lee Hyunjung was recently appointed as the CEO of LG Arts Center in LG Group's executive personnel reshuffle. She is the 5th CEO of LG Arts Center, following Kim Euijun, Yoon Yeosun, Jung Changhoon, and Shim Wooseop.
CEO Lee joined the company as an employee in 1996 while preparations for the opening of LG Arts Center were underway. She served as the head of the performance planning team and director of the performance business bureau, earning recognition for her achievements. CEO Lee has played a key role in creating a virtuous cycle of branding for the performance hall, from selecting planned performances (CoMPAS) that contributed to securing a loyal fan base to implementing seasonal and package systems.
