As of 9:47 a.m. on the same day, DigiCap is trading at 5,200 KRW on the KOSDAQ market, down 23.68% (1,620 KRW) compared to the previous day.
Earlier, DigiCap announced that Mosaic Ventures confirmed the bankruptcy filing at the Seoul Bankruptcy Court on the 25th of last month. The company stated, “We consider this a malicious bankruptcy filing and plan to actively respond through legal procedures.”

DigiCap had previously received a disclosure request regarding rumors of a bankruptcy filing by creditors on the 25th of last month. The company acknowledged the receipt on the 26th but responded that it had not received the delivery of the details.
