Samsung Life Insurance Offers One-Stop Service from Consultation to Insurance Claim on Toss
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Samsung Life Insurance announced on the 29th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Viva Republica, the operator of the financial platform 'Toss,' regarding the insurance sector.
Through this agreement, Samsung Life Insurance plans to focus on developing new insurance processes that allow customers to use Toss for insurance consultations, product subscriptions, and insurance claims. After linking services such as Toss authentication, notifications, and Pay, they will proceed with the development of customized products and services through data exchange.
In the future, Samsung Life Insurance intends to open a dedicated page to provide services such as financial consulting, contract signing, premium payments, and insurance claims within the Toss app.
Toss, operated by Viva Republica, is a leading domestic financial platform offering more than 40 services in banking, securities, insurance, and other fields, with over 21 million registered customers.
It is expected that the customer service and products based on Samsung Life Insurance's high stability and expertise will combine with Toss's digital technology to create a new user experience in insurance services.
