Incheon International Airport Corporation Appoints Lee Hee-jung as First Female Vice President Since Establishment
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 24th that Lee Hee-jung (53), head of the Future Business Division, was promoted to vice president in the personnel promotion and appointment on the 25th.
This is the first time in the 22 years since the establishment of Incheon Airport Corporation that a female vice president has been appointed.
Vice President Lee, who joined the company in 1995, was promoted to the youngest Grade 1 position within the company and has held positions such as Head of Talent Management Office, Head of Audit Office, Director of Overseas Business Division, and Head of Public Relations Office.
Last year, she was appointed as the first female executive at the level of division head (Grade 1) or higher, and in September this year, she was also appointed as the first female standing director.

Kim Beom-ho, head of the Commercial Services Division, was promoted and appointed as the successor to the head of the Future Business Division. Ryu Jin-hyung, Jeon Hyung-wook, and Lee Kyung-yong were appointed as heads of the Operations Division, Infrastructure Division, and Safety and Security Division, respectively.
