[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Nonghyup Distribution, which operates Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, will hold a 'Luxury Jeotgal Market' at Yangjae and Changdong branches from the 25th to the 8th of next month, offering discounts on kimchi-making ingredients.
At the Yangjae branch, Saeujeot (yukjeot, premium) is priced at 11,000 KRW per 100g, Myeolchi-jeot (special) and Hwangseogeo-jeot are 1,100 KRW and 1,200 KRW per 100g respectively, and kimchi main and side ingredients such as mangbaechu (3 heads), bunch radish, green onions, garlic, and ginger are also offered at reasonable prices.
