Professor Yang Jin-guk, majoring in Architectural Engineering at Dong-Eui University, was recognized for his contributions to the development, education, and dissemination of the Value Engineering (VE) technique in the construction field and received a commendation on the 19th.
Professor Yang served as a review committee member for design VE tasks in construction projects conducted by Busan City and received a commendation from the Mayor of Busan in January.
Design VE is mandated to be applied to public construction projects with a total construction cost exceeding 10 billion KRW.
