This year, especially with the phased recovery of daily life (With Corona), the focus was on comforting the hearts of citizens who have been exhausted and helping them to regain hope.
On the 22nd, Lotte World Tower lit up a 15-meter classic Christmas tree decorated with over 30,000 crystals in collaboration with Swarovski at the Lotte World Tower Arena Plaza in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The 555-meter-high exterior media facade (exterior screen) also displayed pattern lights in red, green, and white, symbolizing Christmas, creating the "largest Christmas tree on earth." This can be seen from anywhere where the Lotte World Tower is visible until the 26th of next month. From 5 PM to 10 PM, a 14-minute interval Christmas multimedia show is held. About 4,000 digital snowflakes, starlight, and Milky Way lights are projected on the World Mall wall in sync with Christmas carols.
Lotte Department Store has decorated for Christmas with 'Little Cloud and Friends.' They collaborated with the American public art artist 'FriendsWithYou,' who installed the Supermoon at Seokchon Lake in 2016, to create Little Cloud.
