Hanssem to Implement Quarterly Dividends Next Year... 60 Billion KRW Share Buyback Planned
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Hanssem announced on the 22nd that it will implement quarterly dividends starting from the first quarter of next year and raise the minimum annual dividend payout ratio to 50%.
Hanssem also disclosed on the same day a mid-to-long-term shareholder return policy to acquire treasury shares worth 30 billion KRW by February next year and to additionally acquire treasury shares worth 30 billion KRW in the future, totaling 60 billion KRW in treasury share acquisitions.
The amendment to Hanssem's articles of incorporation regarding quarterly dividends will be submitted for final resolution at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for the 8th of next month.
