Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, Limited Sale of 29,000 Sets of 'Korean Currency'

View original image[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation announced on the 22nd that it will release and sell a limited edition set called "Korea's Currency" to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the corporation's founding.
"Korea's Currency" is a set product combining currently circulating currency, with a total of only 29,600 sets available for limited sale. The product consists of six coins: 1 won, 5 won, 10 won, 50 won, 100 won, and 500 won, and four banknotes: 1,000 won, 5,000 won, 10,000 won, and 50,000 won.
Sales will be conducted through the Mint's online shopping mall, Hmall, and Poongsan Hwadongyang until the 3rd of next month, with a selling price of 115,000 won per set.

However, purchases are limited to one set per person, and if the number of reservations exceeds the planned production quantity, winners will be determined by a lottery.
